Senior Leadership Camp - Y7 & Y8

The Y7 & Y8 students had the most amazing camp earlier this week to the Hamilton,
superbly organised by Lead Teacher Graham Brown. The students had some
fantastic experiences including the National Young Leaders Day 2018,
visiting the Tangiwai disaster site, viewing the Statue of Sir Colin Meads
in Te Kuiti, Kayaking on Lake Karapiro, visiting Hamilton Zoo,
the Hamilton Botanical Gardens and the Velodrome.
We were very grateful for the the great support
given by parent helpers Jo Fair and Kristjian Klue.

Earth Movie

Our whole school went to the Screening Room in Masterton to view the Earth movie. This was part of our Inquiry Learning programme for Term 3. We were all really engaged by this fantastic experience.

The Middle Hub students loved the movie about one day on our Earth.

Playgroup Visiting Room 1

On Wednesday morning Room 1 enjoyed a special visit from the local Playgroup children. Everyone had fun joining in the songs, dancing, stories and making elephant bands. Our new Entrant students thoroughly enjoyed showing the Playgroup children our playground and school chooks.
